Funciones

• Month, quarterly and annual accounting closing
• Used to work with deadlines and periodic activities
• Participate in the estimation of provisions (deferred incomes...)
• To check and ensure data quality in the ERP: correct, compliant and consistent data for balance and P&L
• Verify and controlling of expenses and correct cost center assigment
• Analyze costs, pricing, varaible contribution and provide strategies to the company
• Secure flows and develop internal control in internal process such as purchasing and traveling expenses
• To participate in purchasing process of the company
• To colaborate with the acocuting team, ensuring stable finance operations and high perfomance in the core finance process (OTC/PTP/RTR)
• To elaborate tax models correctly and timely (VAT, IS....)
• Statutory, tax and IFRS reporting and compliance with group and local policies
• Fluent communication with internal and external consultants and auditors and manage external/internal audtis including tax audits
• Optimization of accounting, controlling and reporting processs
• Elaboration of annual accounts
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget and FCs
• Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends

Tu perfil

• Solid experience and knowledge of of statistical and accouting principles
• Solid knowledge about Local Gaap and IFRS rules
• Excel (m)
• Analytical skills (m)
• soft skills: ability to focus, work diligently being aware of the impact/importance of business processes, compliance and accounting (m)
• Background knowledge on usage of SAP software (module FI)
• Taxes, Legal and compliance knowledge (e.g. related to local legal forms an taxes)
• Used to making reports oftenly
• To manage the purchasing process in the company

Required:

• Experience: min 3 year experience in an finance department (accouting, controlling or reporting)
• Training:
  • Academics: Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Specific: Solid knowledge of accounting processes and regulations (national and international) and controlling skills.
  • Technical expertise: Mandatory: SAP/FI/CO user knowledge

Optional: SAP MM user knowledge
